EMDR
When a trauma occurs, it appears to get locked in the brain, EMDR helps with the healing process.
Talk Therapy
Talk Therapy is a psychotherapy practice for the treatment of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders using techniques such as discussion, listening, and counseling. Modalities incorporated include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness practices. Talk Therapy is effective with treating depression, anxiety, and panic attacks.
Anger Management
Anger Management is a psycho-therapeutic practice that supports anger prevention and control. Through treatment, you will receive support with understanding your anger, improving your communication and listening skills, developing empathy, building healthy relationships, establishing boundaries, and tools for stress management.
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is used to identify and process traumatic events that have been dysfunctionally stored. EMDR helps clients learn from negative experiences of the past while desensitizing present triggers that are inappropriately distressing. After successful EMDR treatment, traumatic memories are stored with a less disturbing picture, a positive cognition, and an appropriate affect.
